Noticing has invited curiosity back to the table. I find May to be a bittersweet month: Mother’s Day, Mom’s birthday, and spring in all its raging glory. There are many reminders of the woman who guided, pulled and prodded me into a fulsome life and many reminders of what glorious life surrounds mine.
My very favourite post so far! Thank you for sharing your adventures in noticing. Our children are our best teachers. When my kids were little, we lived on a farm, and every so often, I would take just one of them for a special city trip - we would move at her pace (not my agenda, like usual) - who else could balance on a curb for hours and be completely absorbed? The city became a brand new place for me. I also resonate with your thoughts about Gaza - heartbreak and horror. Thank you. Sue

nothing but miracles. I saw a sandhill crane today!
Yes, what do we pay attention to? Little dude=awesome. My email, not so much. Hugs gf. MD is a tough one.

Motherhood (or the mothership as one of my children has me listed on their phone )

Watching the 1sts for your child is magical and heartbreaking as they age
