OK, this is totally weird, but the day before I read this, I was handling a Gemini Award that was sitting on the bar at one of our local hangouts, Eliot & Vine, in Halifax. The owner also owns a production company, and the award was for one of their programs, The Food Hunter, in 2004. Ah, those carefree days of the early 2000s ... But I guess he'd run out of shelf space, and decided it would be a fun conversation piece that customers could interact with (I saw that double silhouette sitting there and immediately knew what it was). But I also thought of how elegant it looked, and the visual trick of resembling a face in both the positive and the negative, like a minimalist version of the comedy and tragedy masks ... anyway, bring back the Geminis!

Haha. That's awesome. I've never been near a Gemini. I saw a Grammy Award once. It was much smaller than I expected.
Next time you're in Nova Scotia (I remain hopeful), a visit to the Anne Murray Museum is a must! Junos and Grammys galore!
I want to return! How have 11 years gone by since I was last there for shows?!
Far too quickly!
That's one of my favourite of your new ones!! Yay!!
Yay, indeed!
