It's a slog and so glad you made it out the other side. Depression is something I have struggled with as well. It's real & sometimes it takes a team to help you out. Love your writing & your vulnerability. Like Brene Brown says, there is no joy or creativity without it.❤️. Love you Mel. (oops - Belle)

Brene Brown definitely lives in the hall of inspiration for this writing. And my goodness... if you this old world doesn't get us down sometimes, are you even in it?

Big hugs, my friend...the struggle is real and you are climbing out of it beautifully. As a mother, I have witnessed how these times have affected my kids and their struggles with life and parenting and their quiet and not so quiet ( they are very different girls) expressions of their trials and tribulations. I often don't have the right words to console them and have come to realize that quiet listening and support is the best I can offer. Please know that your Mom is listening too. Take good care, Melanie. We are looking forward to your show tonight❤️

Thank you, Janice. I know that having someone listen (or read!) brings immeasurable comfort. And thanks for tuning in to LFH. Very proud of that project.
